This policy explains what personal information Clear Touch Tourism & Services (“Clear Touch”, “we”, “us”) collects when you usecleartouchtourism.com or book one of our tours, photography or videography services, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

What we collect

• Booking and enquiry details — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details of the tour or shoot you are asking about, including dates, group size and any preferences or accessibility needs you tell us.
• Correspondence — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, our contact form or social media, and our replies.
• Scheduling data — when you book through our online scheduling tool, the name, email and time slot you enter there.
• Photography and video — where you have engaged us for a shoot, the images and footage we capture for you.
• Basic technical data — standard server and analytics information such as your approximate location, device type, browser and the pages you viewed.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Any deposit or balance is arranged directly with you through the payment method agreed at the time of booking.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To arrange, confirm and deliver your tour, transfer, visa assistance or shoot.
• To contact you about your booking, including pickup times and changes.
• To deliver your photographs and video files.
• To keep the records we are required to keep as a licensed operator.
• To improve the website and understand which pages people find useful.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, only with the people who need it to deliver your booking:

• Guides, drivers and boat or resort operators — your name, group size and pickup details, so they can collect you.
• Qatari authorities — where a service such as visa assistance requires it, or where the law obliges us to.
• Service providers that run our tools — our website host, our email provider, our scheduling tool and our analytics provider, each of which processes data on our instructions.

Images of you

Photographs and video we take for you belong to your booking. We will not publish an identifiable image of you on our website, portfolio or social channels without your permission. If you have given permission and later change your mind, email us and we will remove the image from anything we control.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: those needed to make the site and the booking widget work, and basic analytics that tell us how many people visited and which pages they read. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though the booking widget may not.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and licensing purposes. Photography and video files are archived for a limited period after delivery so you can request a re-download; please keep your own backup.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email bookings@cleartouchtourism.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting an existing booking will be sent to you directly.
